Vacation Credit Request

Please complete the following information to submit a request to use your vacation credit with Sonshine Learning Center.

As a reminder only two vacation credits are granted during the fiscal school year (Sept. through Aug.)

Please note the following:

  • Credits are applied on a weekly Monday through Friday basis.
  • Credit eligibility begins after 90 days of attendance.
  • Account must be in good standing.
  • This form must be received at least two weeks prior to the week of the vacation.
